Ms. Leticia Esi Boadu is a Certified Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountant Ghana ICA (Gh). Co-founder and the Managing Partner of The Professional Group (TPG) Consultancy Limited Company. Before setting up TPG, she worked at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission in Ghana for several years and later as a financial Controller with White Capital, a subset of Centurion LLP in Malabo (Equatorial Guinea).

Ms. Boadu has excellently handled diverse executive positions in Management, Financial and Management Accounting, auditing, and Taxation roles within the general industrial sectors and consulting for Multinational organizations. Experienced in Effective Financing Reporting and Planning, Resource Management, Risk Management, Project accounting, and professional stakeholder management.

Edmund N. A. Arday, CEO of Sirius Integrated Limited and related companies, is an accomplished entrepreneur and Project Management specialist with MSc, PMP, and MBA degrees from UK, Ghana, and India institutions. He is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), a partner at HAB Consult, and a consultant at TPG Consultancy. With a unique style of grit and tenacity to deliver results, Edmund is known for his success stories and advocacy for transparency and integrity.

He has further developed multi-national networks and collaborations while providing strong leadership to a group of accomplished professionals globally. Currently, he is involved in the development of projects in the areas of independent power producers (IPP), Oil and Gas, renewable energy, warehousing, and general procurement.

Zarkia is a graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi with a Degree in administration (Accounting). 

Her affinity for performing tasks assiduously and her readiness to avail herself for the execution of any project are quite exemplary. Her leadership skills have been brought to bear on many team assignments.

She has acquired some experience and knowledge in Project Financing Analysis and the restructuring of ailing Corporate Entities.

She is pursuing further education to become a Chartered Accountant and a Project Management Professional.

Alexander is a Business Operations Management Professional. He is versatile and innovative, with an unsullied reputation in corporate governance that spans two decades.

Over the years, he has been in Strategic Leadership roles with proficiency in building teams and managing business relationships and networks. His experience also includes huge amounts of liquidity management, Internal Process auditing, and Compliance Management.

He has been the Lead in the execution of many projects, both in the banking industry and the hospitality industry, as well as in procurement and project management. He is astute and Passionate about his work.

He holds a BSc. in Banking and Finance and a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Ghana.
