The Beginning (2015): TPG BPO Services was founded in Accra with a singular mission: to bridge the gap between local entrepreneurial ambition and global operational standards. We started as a boutique recruitment firm, identifying a critical need for structured talent management in Ghana's emerging private sector.
Evolution (2018–2021): Recognizing that our clients needed more than just people, we expanded into Back-Office Outsourcing (BPO). We moved beyond recruitment to managing full operational cycles—data processing, payroll, and compliance—enabling our partners to focus on their core business.
The Modern Era (2022–Present): Today, TPG stands as a comprehensive Shared Services hub. By integrating managed office spaces with our existing BPO and HR arms, we provide a 360-degree ecosystem for businesses looking to scale within the African market.
