The Customer Support Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping others.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently by diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries.
Document and track customer interactions using our support system to ensure accurate records and follow-up.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and current information to customers.
Identify and escalate issues that require further investigation or a higher level of support.
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
