The IT Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on data management, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization, as well as the ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.

• Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Utilize Excel to create, manage, and optimize complex spreadsheets for data analysis.

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

• Develop and automate reports to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

• Support end-users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar IT role with a strong focus on data analytics.

• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
